Surrounded by poplar trees, Arambrook Boutique Hotel is a unique intimate hideaway in a relaxed, discreet setting. Sleeping in the most comfortable beds, waking up to the gently clattering leaves of the trees outside the window and relaxing in the cosy living room, it gives you the authentic atmosphere of a home away from home.
The lush green and beautiful garden of Arambrook showcases the diverse and exciting flora of the Western Cape and contains its own organic vegetable garden.
Take a deep breath, smell the scent of indigenous flowers and consciously wander between fruit orchard, rose-covered archways and shady forest.
The luxury boutique hotel with only 8 rooms lies along the Liesbeek River, just next to Kirstenbosch botanical garden and only a short distance from some of the oldest and most prestigious wine farms in Constantia. It is just far enough away from Cape Town City to enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere in the leavy suburb Bishopscourt and still be able to explore the city within 20 min drive.
YOGA
Enjoy a mix of vinyasa and Jivamukti style yoga classes with Katinka. Her yoga classes are very soft on one side, challenging on the other. For her, it’s important to show her students that life starts on the yoga mat. As in life, we learn to accept our limitations and to love ourselves, but also to muster the courage to accept challenges and take them into our lives.

Lara will offer one natural beauty workshop that will focus on the topics: inner and outer beauty, natural skincare routines and skin food.

Besides you can indulge in a range of spa treatments with natural exquisite products, which you can enjoy in the privacy of your own room or at the pool.
NUTRITION
The private chefs at Arambrook will spoil us with healthy, delicious gourmet cuisine every day. Superb breakfasts and exquisite harvest table dinner will blow your minds and catapult you in food heaven.
Arambrook uses only fresh, seasonal products from local producers and their own organic vegetable garden. A selection of award-winning wines is available from their cellar.

Arrival
Flights to Cape Town are really convenient. You can book direct flights to Cape Town with different airlines. For direct flights from Germany we recommend Condor (approx. 600€ if you book early enough).
The airport transfer to the retreat location will take around 30 min. Please inform us if you would like us to organise a private shuttle service.
